OVERVIEW:

Obsessed with beauty content? Same. We're on the hunt for a short-form video content creator who can smell a trend before it peaks and knows exactly which hook is going to keep viewers watching. As our TikTok & Instagram Content Creator, you'll be the face (and mind) behind and front-and-center of our feeds tasked with dreaming up, filming, editing, and posting Reels and TikToks that make people stop mid-scroll, hit save, and share with their beauty besties. If you love all things makeup, skincare, and scheming to make sure your next video hits just as hard as the last one, we want to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Concept, film, edit, and publish high-quality, short-form video content (TikToks and Instagram Reels) at a consistent cadence (typically 4-6 posts per week across both platforms.)

  • Work with marketing team to align content to planned strategies and key events

  • Adapt content strategy for each platform based on understanding what performs on TikTok's For You Page vs. Instagram's Reels and Explore tabs.

  • Monitor trending sounds, challenges, and formats daily and move quickly to capitalize on relevant trends in a branded way before they peak.

  • Write punchy, platform-native captions and on-screen text — including hooks, CTAs, and overlay copy that drives watch time and shares.

  • Review analytics weekly (views, reach, saves, shares, follower growth) and use data to refine content strategy and posting times.

  • Collaborate with the team on campaigns, product launches, key events, and seasonal moments, translating brand messaging into native, engaging short-form video.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Love for beauty and understanding of makeup and skincare

  • Proven experience creating TikToks & Reels (portfolio and/or links required)

  • Strong on-camera presence

  • Strong understanding of lighting, audio, and smartphone cinematography

  • Fluent in short-form video editing leveraging programs such as CapCut, Reels, Adobe Premiere Rush, in-platform editing tools, etc.

  • Ability to write native, engaging captions and hooks quickly

Obsessed with beauty content? Same. We’re looking for a creative, trend-obsessed Social Media Content Creator Intern who lives on TikTok and Instagram and always knows what’s about to blow up next.

This internship is perfect for someone who loves makeup, skincare, and short-form video creation and wants hands-on experience in content creation and social media management for a growing beauty brand. You’ll help concept, film, edit, and post engaging Reels and TikToks designed to stop the scroll, spark conversation, and build community.

If you’re constantly saving trends, testing hooks, and brainstorming your next viral idea, we’d love to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in concepting, filming, editing, and publishing short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels

• Support the marketing team with content aligned to campaigns, launches, seasonal moments, and key brand initiatives

• Monitor daily trends, sounds, creators, and viral formats across TikTok and Instagram

• Help adapt content ideas for each platform based on what performs best on Reels, Explore, and the For You Page

• Write engaging captions, hooks, CTAs, and on-screen text optimized for social performance

• Assist with performance tracking and content reporting, including views, saves, shares, and engagement metrics

• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh content ideas regularly

REQUIREMENTS:

• Passion for beauty, skincare, makeup, and social media

• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends and platform culture

• Comfortable filming and/or appearing on camera

• Basic knowledge of short-form video editing tools such as CapCut, Reels, Adobe Premiere Rush, or in-app editing tools

• Strong eye for lighting, framing, and engaging content

• Excellent communication skills and ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment

• Shareable portfolio, TikTok account, Instagram account, or content samples
