Shipping policy

Freck ships to the United States, Canada, Europe & Australia via our website. Unfortunately, we cannot cover any customs charges that international orders might accrue during the shipping process. Any shipping charges on rejected international packages cannot be refunded.

Orders are processed in 2-3 business days, M-F, excluding holidays. Please allow the shipping carrier you select 24 hours to scan in your package once you receive your tracking number via email.
